What are we looking for?
- Several years of working experience in a leading strategy consulting company
- Relevant expertise in the automotive industry
- Experience of and ability to work in an intercultural environment
- Business fluent in English, and strong communication skills in Chinese and/or German
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Social competence and ability to work in a team
- Passion for cars and mobility

Graduate & Young Professional
- Excellent university degree (Diploma or Masters)
- Related internships/ working experience in the automotive and/or consulting area
- International work and/or study experience
- Business fluent in English (Chinese or German is a plus)
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Analytical skills
- Creativity and a quick mind
- High level of motivation, personal initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Team spirit and humor
- Passion for cars and mobility

Intern
- Excellent academic performance
- Related internships in the consulting/automotive areas
- International work and/or study experience
- Fluent in English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of MS-Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

- High level of motivation, personal initiative and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Team spirit and humor
- Availability for a minimum period of 3 months
- Passion for cars and mobility
- Enrolment for a course of study during the entire internship period (government
regulations require non-Chinese applicants to be enrolled in Beijing holding a
X1 visa)
